For certain segments of society a malaise of Detached Déjà vu would be presented for a suitable mantra, as they assess with varying ranges of emotion, the current horrific tragedy encompassing Lebanon and Israel.

The different pieces of the faint negative familiarity puzzle have been arising in recent times for some. Those who where to young to grasp (yet alive enough to feel) the destruction incurred during the destitute Reagan presidency are haphazardly beholden to a Bush executive that the most impartial of presidential historians would deem the worst in American history. Many who only know of the Gulf of Tonkin Resolution via textbook literature and Vietnam thru 80s cinema and the History channel, have traversed through the sham dialogue of Weapons of Mass Destruction the subsequent relinquishment of Colin Powells honor and credibility before the U.N and bear witness to a war in Iraq, that arises demons of U.S military action, as a country weve long tried to silence since the Vietnam era.

Now the aforementioned sector of persons alluded to earlier, who faintly heard about wars seemingly instigated by one of many zealous Arab nations against a pious Israel with only the leader of the free world, the United States standing by her side, have a fluid memory of their own.

The many who absorbed media dissemination of terrorist consistently attacking the Jewish homeland, then turned to study the realism of accurate history and proclaimed Israel was out of fucken control!!!, those individuals for the past two weeks are enduring a piece of living history which saddens there conscious embarrasses them as an Americans and causes them to surmiseIsrael is fucken crazy!!

Extreme prejudicial ignorance, ill informed passionate defenses, and fervent warmongering are the present symptoms being displayed amongst us, via inoculations administered by media and baleful politicos. The highly subjective objective media littered with its highly biased and well compensated pundits during the inception of this new perilous conflict, inundated gazing eyes and attentive ears with premonitions certain that WWIII was/is upon us.

In a surreal like manner it seemed that the mass media was happy to have an engrossing summer time story line, while neo conservatives where joyous at the coming of impeding devastation, for blood letting creates fertile ground democratic nation building. Those held captive by conscious and imagery come to know the fierce extents of their sadness, helplessness, and anger during these times. Inherent human compassion, if not yet whittled away by the mechanisms of man, bears us a default instinct which we should be ever grateful to have, even if it devastates us when we next expediently deduce our immediate singular power concluding with unacceptable findings.

The many manifestations of anger spawn from even more numerous differing elements. Deception, Callousness and the difficulty of trying to decipher whether ones intelligence has been insulted or if he/she is just in the presence of utter stupidity, almost assuredly will cause fury in the good hearted. The convoluted schematics that have been utilized to justify Israels recent atrocities dont deserve to be adjacent with the term logic.

Israel is defending its self.

Rational and cold as it me be, the nuance of worldly militarys, whether their members volunteered are where forced to conscribe, insures certain risks that ensure their pawn like status, and eases the pain brought upon by the maladies they endure. Given the well known hazards of military service, the world lest not Israel should not have been surprised when 2 of its soldiers where recently kidnapped by Hezbollah forces. The commandeering of personal and arrest and detention ( a eloquent phrase sometimes used to define kidnapping by legitimate states) of opposing forces has been along occurring practice along the Israeli Lebanon border, mostly done for intelligence or bargaining power hopefully utilized to free other captives. Nowhere in recent recollection has the kidnapping of individuals, let alone soldiers that states generally find disposable set off such catastrophic events events.

During the trying Iran Hostage Crisis in which 66 diplomats and civilians where held captive, the United States did not see fit to level the whole of Iran with superior military might. When 103 Israelis where held captive within the boundaries of Uganda, by Palestinians, the heads of Israel during such time did not deem it necessary to reign the hell of war upon Ugandan citizens, instead they strategically struck and garnered the freedom of those wrongfully held. We often hear talk of states acting as rational a actor, which causes some to infer that there nothing but individual actors on worldly stage, and reassess the micro macro perspective. Israel in its current state, is acting like the materialistic nihilistic individual who repeatedly stabs the soul who stepped upon his Jordans.

Even more analogous would be the surmising that Israel is acting in the manner of domestically demonized street hoodlums who when one of its soldiers is kidnapped or killed, bends a corner and lets loose round upon round of sporadic gunfire in a residential neighborhood directed at they mamas house cuz thats where they all stay at!!!

Americans who hold that Israel is defending her self have attached themselves to the convenient mislead empathic premise of We would do the same thing if Cuba was shooting missiles at us. Knowing Americas sordid track record of foreign relations, one could find truth in such a assertion even if it is devoid of respect for humanity or justice.

The murdering of innocents in any fashion incurred by the following of whatever rational is inherently wrong (The ideologies of there are no innocent in the realm of political action given the state is, another representation of the citizenry, is recognized if not wholly agreed with) so the condoning of rockets being shot into civilian territories deservers nothing but condemnation. When the majority read the last sentence there mind automatically will equate it to Hezbollah, which on a level is true. What they wont do, is find it capable with out inner strife, to at the outset attribute those actions to Israel if at all.

Hezbollah, without discounting the egregiousness of its actions, did not begin to rain missiles upon northern Israel until, it along with vast swaths of Lebanon was besieged by the IDF vastly more devastating weaponry. For those who deduce such logic as childish He/She started it banter, please recognize that is the exact moral platform Israel is speaking from, just from a far less credible angle.

Israels wickedness of action is shown through it loose justifications and half hearted precautions. Stating that Hezbollah is embedded within the general populace, is a sham of a excuse or rationalization that presupposes and even plans for the killing of civilians. The dropping of leaflets from the sky, warning individuals to leave yet another travesty masquerading as good will.

If you can, imagine being told to completely uproot your life, and all it encompasses, family friends, employment, consciously leaving behind all or your worldly possessions, not know when you will be able to return to them, as your mind tells you odds are good there might not being anything remaining for you to return to. Imagine not having the funding to embark on such a solemn journey, leaving your fate to Israeli generals and American crafted instruments of death. Envision being monetarily sufficient enough to sojourn northward away from the focus of main hostilities.hoping that your not the unlucky vehicle that appears as a dot upon the radar while bombs are about to be dropped on the strategic bridge you are crossing.

One has to ask, how any statement of compassion for civilians could be feigned when even when modern day Samaritans of various International Organizations (Red Cross, U.N) are not insulated from defensive state wrath. The cuddly phase of Disproportionate Response is completely devoid of the conveyance necessary to state unjust murder of far too many.
