Evil White People, Ignorant Niggaz and No You Did not build this Country…. Sort of……

Xenophobia has always been one of Americas treasured delicacies. History is adorned with passages of varying degrees of conflict with people different from Us presumably established on actions, but accurately formed and sustained on a solidified foundation of what a particular group is, rather than what they supposedly practice in. As a stratagem xenophobia has few peers, and many practical uses. It redirects more pertinent grievances to a particular group shrouding or displacing accountability of those truly responsible. Division is created or exacerbated between groups who could rally together to solve common ills. Most importantly it maintains or further ingrains particular political and social structures of exploitation and discrimination.

Recently there has been great debate based upon House Bill 4437 known generally as the Immigration Bill. As I view event through my tainted perspective, Ive come to witness beautiful occurrences and predictably sad results, lacking understanding and honesty.

Its inherently easier to chastise, harm, and exploit a group whom is despised than one which is seen as equal or at the base measurement shares a semblance of kinship with you. The current immigration crisis involves many sects of people, but the consensus views it as Mexicans crossing the border stealing jobs, and government benefits. Given the belief that Mexicans are the cause of the problem one should look at the fairly all to common view of Mexicans in this bastion of freedom we call the United States. Those of Mexican decent are commonly seen as dirty, stupid, criminal, alcoholics, who spawn armies of children and have know desire or assimilating into American Culture, but who instead would like dictate society incorporate into their life style, instead of being the least bit malleable to the bludgeoning of Americanization. Given the common perception of Mexicans, their legality of could come from the cannons of English Common law and a sizeable segment of our populace would still desire an immediate disappearance of their presence among U.S lands. The egregious popular perspective held among citizens is humorously ignorant to witness as many invoke the base argument of stating no matter the plight incurred by those possibly entering the country illegally, they are no less still breaking the law, completely ignoring the maxims of Thomas Aquinas and intrinsic human understanding.

Many when formulating the ideology on a particular matter conveniently just surmise the present failing to incorporate the past while creating a apocalyptic vision of the future unless extreme measures are undertaken. One who maintains such a path, while brazenly stating that those south of our border are stealing our jobs fail or refuse to recognize that thousands of corporations and proprietorships hire those whom they accuse of thievery. How can some one steal something that was given to them? Others invoke dually the anger inducing outsourcing of jobs to foreign lands in a sloppy correlation to justify their angst. The cause of such events however are rooted within the current global economic system that voraciously scowers the planet for the cheapest labor available. The rancid irony of said practice is for many years it has supported the relatively comparable luxurious lifestyle of the U.S, constructed on the exploitation, if not outright suffering of others. Being forever near sighted, many U.S denizens could not for see such a system in a Christopher Wallace unexplainable hunger manner feasting upon those who created it. The reverberations of progressively lowered wages and disappearing benefits have unhinged millions from the their comfortable northern perch, but to those who have been familiar with the seedy mechanisms of global commerce for a for more extensive period, the declining stature of the American laborer still is vastly more appealing than what they have been subjected to during their existence. Such observances still lack to inclusion of events such as the bracero program, the illegal expropriation Mexican lands and the forced exile of persons off their land. How valid or lest non hypercritical is our claim that they enter our country on invalid terms?

The feelings that concoct statements uttered by the non elite in our society are also utterly shameful. Many Blacks in America hold a disparaging view of Mexicans (among many others) , and a shockingly low modicum of support for their plight. Often jokes are bandied around concerning the type of work they perform, amid other vocal disseminations that spawn from wallowing in ignorance. Sometimes amazement is caused do to the lack of acknowledgement of familiar circumstances, separated by time. Where not blacks mainly just used for only the most exploitive of labor? Where not blacks primarily regulated to the household chores and duties of white homes, reinforcing a servile sense of place in society? Where not blacks seen as the lowest form humanity in our societal rung? For blacks to adapt the elites skewed view of another group foolishly ignores the fact that one could easily be re relegated back to whence they have came. Black people should be rallying to the support of those who are and might in the future be affected by this issue, first on a humanistic level, then on a simply practical one. How can you expect some to care about your plight if you ignore or ridicule theirs?

As proud as I was, to see millions of people take to the streets in a beautiful display of true civic duty chastising a proposed unjust decree, I must say it kind of saddened me. Why after the past 3 + years of complete deceit, personal loss, and unabridged assault inflicted upon others, hasnt this county congregated in enmasse to expose the negative feeling held within our beings about the current president, and the war. Why do I hold in my heart the belief that we will be colonizing Mars before black people show such a lovely display of solidarity as those fighting the bill have?

Instituted isolation and exposure to discrimination often lead to reactionary views. I by no means wish to discredit the contributions of those lending their heritage to Latin decent, towards this countries formulation and continuing existence, but noyou did not build this county. Help build this country yes, constructed it mainly by your self no. Even if the degrees of work put in are highly debatable, we all have endured measures that lend to what we know as America today. Yes those currently who are being wrongfully chastised, before there even was an America and ever since the formation of the polity, have contributed immensely to this lands growth, but the self serving, abet polarizing view of we grates others whom also have dirt adjourning their hands. Simply put try telling a black person you built this mother fuckabetta yet tell the descendents of white immigrants such.

What funny about the whole situation is, this pattern has been practiced over and over again, in a sort of social restructuring. Many are un aware that there was a time that the Irish where seen the worst things next to a nigga, or the evilly tainted views of Italians and other persons from less desirable lands of Europe in earlier days. Long before the great amalgamation of white Those of fair skin crossing the Atlantic where often seen as immigrants with no rightful place, which caused the passing of unjust laws such as the Imigration act of 1924. How soon we forget

Next:. A look at the proposed law itself.
